3 ½ Day Sailing Camp
with US Sailing certified instructors
Sunday June 29th thru Wednesday July 2nd 2008
Start is at 11am and finish at 4 pm (1pm on Wednesday)

Camp: Days 1,
2, 3 will focus on safety, boat handling, sailing skills and an introduction
to racing. For the more advanced
junior sailor the course material will place an emphasis on racing. On the
final day we will hold a demonstration program and race in front of the club
for the parents and friends. Each junior sailor will receive lunch
daily, a
camp
T Shirt and certificate
of completion.
Boats: The club has several boats that are
available for day sailing and racing for use during the camp and junior
races. The fleet consists of sunfishes, Lasers, optimists and a holder 14. You can
also bring your own day sailor if you wish.
Costs:
The program will cost $50 for each club member, $60 per CBYRA or CBYCA
affiliate member, or $100 per non-member.
